I have not received my order as of yet. This is total *** *** !!do not buy from them. I can't even contact them. When I call the screwed up phone number a recording says, the number you havedialed has not been registered. And they're speaking Chinese. Like I'm supposed to understand that !!!

Yes this company is trying to say it's not their fault that they paid for shipping from. I don't know China and that as soon as it hits the states you have to pay for postage.

I was never told that it doesn't say anything in their agreement and first of all this order should have been canceled because I canceled it within 20 hours of placing the order. I'm not going to get anywhere with this company. All they do is keep saying the same thing. People need to stay far away from this company.

Otherwise they're not going to get there items or it's going to take 3 months to get to you and then they're going to charge you more for postage. It's just not fair

User's recommendation: Don't order from this company. It's going to take you 3 months to get it. Then they're going to charge you for shipping when you make the purchase and then when it hits the state they're going to charge you again for posters. So your post is is going to cost more than the item you ordered

I kept a snapshot of my order. I clearly ordered a 2X. They sent an XL. Im very disappointed. Mentally challenged 12-year old cried when it did not fit him. All I wanted was an exchange. Every avenue of contact with his company is blocked.

Ordered items 1-29-2023, Delivered on 12-18-2023. They are shipped from China, not a US warehouse.

Held up in customs for a while, finally arrived. On 12-24-2023 we opened the gifts and the were to small. Not tight, horribly too small, I contacted their customer service on 12-24-2023, same day I opened it. On 12-29-23 they offered to give me only 47.00 refund on a 118.00 order or I could get 47.00 in Cotosen credit!!!

The indicated they would NOT provide any shipping labels for returns. I had to ask again what the address was to return them and on 1-2-2024 I paid to shiip them back using USPS with a tracking number and as instructed gave the tracking to Cotosen. 1-3-24 Customer service confirmed my tracking number and said " I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Regarding your order, we want to inform you that your return parcel is currently in transit and on its way back to our warehouse.

Rest assured that as soon as we confirm its safe arrival, we will proceed with the refund process and return the funds to your original payment method."

Then on 1-6-24 they REFUSED to accept the package and are sending it back!!! I have opened a dispute with PayPal.

User's recommendation: The stuff is cheap, but the value is there if you order the right size. But expect that you will NOT get any refunds or exchanges.

Order No 308852****6154 Hullo I wrote to you some days ago explaining that the two items you sent me were never the size I ordered. Never in this world were they XL more like M to L. You also stated that you would answer me within 72hours this time is well past, if this is your customer service I my think twice about ordering in the future. I will never order another thing from this EURO Trash company. I should have known better.

Their 3X was not even a US XL. Quality is poor, at best. Never worn. Tried to return but this scam of a company actually wanted to charge me to return it.

Good marketing.

Losey quality and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do Not buy from this "company" that probably works from the shed attached to their chicken coop.

Order 2 shirts for Xmas and paid my own shipping cost when I order the item try to cancel order within 20 hours and was told to late already sent which was a lie

After ordering I found out I had to pay for shipping which was way too much for two shirts. So within 20 hours I canceled my order.

Was told that it is too late. It's already been shipped then to find out that it never came and it was Christmas gifts and now asking for a full refund. They're telling me it's in transit so I get a letter in my mailbox saying I owe postage $15.68 I refuse to pay twice for postage. I want my money back.

All they do is keep going around and around that it's in transit. It's in transit. It's not in transit.

It's at my post office and I'm not going to pay the 1568 and I'm going to go ahead and post it on every media site I can find. This company is a rip off
